I was concerned with a drip after the freezing temperatures, Caleb assessed the problem. He informed me upfront of the possible issues and repair cost. Everything very clear no surprises, in the end just a quick tightening of the hose bib. I greatly appreciate him taking his time and care in doing the job. I also noticed his well organized van of supplies. He clearly takes pride in his job and customer service. Knowledgeable, informative, and polite.

We also needed his help with installing a new faucet and installing a new shut-off valve for the pump house. He retuned with Austin and they were both great. One worked on the faucet while the other started on the pump house. They discovered a leak in the pump house, which had they not noticed it, it could have been catastrophic this winter. Caleb and Austin were able to have someone take their next calls and completed the repairs right away. We truly appreciate that they really care about their work and their customers. I will always call Wayne Hyde Plumbing! I have had them out to both houses several times and they have always gone above and beyond for us.
